Remove old plot selection code for edit mode, deploy improved Indicia fix #113

As per the NPMS issue below, currently there is a problem where Indicia does not automatically select a plot in edit mode because the parent country confuses it. There is currently a workaround for this in SPRING, but it relies on time delay in Javascript which is a bit unreliable. Deploy proper Indicia bug fix for this and remove old unreliable code https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/NPMS/issues/287
