Hello @andrewvanbreda and @DavidRoy,
Yesterday, I verified some of the sites and noticed that those listed as Bombus (not identified) were actually Apis mellifera. I made this intentional three changes in the system after sending you the list. This wasn't an error as I did it on purpose.
Plase let me know how to proceed for such cases. Also, there might be also some specimens that could be identified to specimens level (as know are in genus level) in the near futture. There are not many (and perhaps will not occur) but let me know the correct form to procede.
I am sorry for the incovenience caused for this issue.
Thank you, iraima
Hi @iverkaik, Ah ok, I see, no problem. If you are unsure of verification procedure itself, I will leave David to comment, as I just implement computer functionality. Andy
Hi Andy, Iraima I think this is working as expected. The oddity in this case is that the notifications goto the email address used for the import – ordinarily they would goto the person who entered the data via their account, and should be notified of any edits.
We could improve the notification emails but I do not see this as a priority. So no further action needed on this?
Thanks, David
