Request from a user "One number depend on the other but since on the recording form it only shows the % Cloud, can be this placed above instead of the %Sun?"

@DavidRoy This alteration now live as per suggestion in the "SPRING WEB REVIEW.docx" file sent to me on the 30th September. Simple switch using "Setup attributes" option on Warehouse survey.
