Walks appearing in different accounts #160

Hi @Gary-van-Breda

I've just been notified of a strange phenomenon.

The 'Scotney Castle' user account (User ID 2186) can see walks from Lytes Cary Manor on their 'My Walks' page. These walks were entered by Mark Musgrave from his account (User mark.musgrave, User ID 29157). When I checked Mark's account, and went to the 'My Walks' page - he can see exactly the same walks as Scotney Castle (ie. not just his own, but those entered by Scotney Castle). However, both accounts clearly have different lists under 'My Sites' - not including each others.

It seems that Mark Musgrave was a Ranger at Scotney Castle until 18 months ago, which may or may not be related to the problem!

Many thanks, Ian

Hi @Gary-van-Breda

Just bumping this issue, because the recorder has been back in touch to say that the Lytes Cary Manor walks are still appearing under the Scotney Castle account on the new website.

Both are attached to Indicia Warehouse User ID 81511. It looks like whatever process was followed when Mark left Scotney has ended up with Keith Goodman, Paul Johnson and Mark Musgrave all having email addresses attached to the Scotney Castle user. I can separate the users (by disassociating the Mark Musgrave email address), then we can work out who the walks belong to using their CMS User ID attribute.

There are 2 other Mark Musgrave accounts on the warehouse - one for National Plant Monitoring Scheme and one for iRecord. @IanMiddlebrook can you check if either or both are the same person?
