Hi, We currently have a situation where UKBMS records are visible to county recorders on iRecord, and are being verified on there. But we have no way of seeing the verification status of these records on the UKBMS website - ie. which records have been queried/rejected/accepted after more evidence etc.

Could we build a mechanism whereby the iRecord verification status is visible to Admin and branch co-ordinators on the UKBMS website?

@JimBacon thinking about this, perhaps 'all' that is needed is the standard irecord explore report on the ukbms website to show occurrences with the record details and an indicator of the automatic rule-checks and verification status. With an option to view/edit the occurrence?

The explore report would be needed for:

individual user to see data they have entered
branch co-ordinator who can view and edit occurrences for all sites in their region
super-user who can view/edit all records

Could you estimate the work involved to implement this?

@IanMiddlebrook could this also provide the way that photos are added to occurrences? Otherwise, I'm not sure how adding photos could be incorporated within the transect input form?

Adding occurrence images to the recording form seems like a thing we can do, see https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/UKBMS-online/issues/282#issuecomment-1265618252, but maybe I am missing the point of the comment.
