Improved mapping functions #327

-Ordnance survey layer
-Full screen option for drawing/viewing map -Download or Copy to Clipboard function.

For context - users mapping woodland transects struggle to provide detailed route due to the canopy cover on satellite, insufficient detail on Open Street layer.

No current means of getting a map from the system other than print screen of the small window

@BirenRathod : is there a corporate OS api key? None is set up in IFrom at the moment for UKBMS.

@RachaelConway : I've added the fullscreen tool to both maps (overall and route)

@Gary-van-Breda I have generated the new OS API key which I added on UKBMS's indicia settings.
