Uploading of historic data #332

Hi @DavidRoy @Gary-van-Breda

As per recent exchanges - can we please resume progress in the uploading of historic and offline transect data to the website.

This will encourage the remaining TW2 users to move online if all their data are available to view in the reports and tables.

I believe historic/offline data up to 2019 were previously uploaded - though there were many missing sites and other gaps.

A comparison between the Oracle database and the online data is required to identify the gaps and discrepancies.
