Ability for users to download more than 1 year of data at a time.

Presently users need to load a year, then download, and repeat for additional yearly data required.

@RachaelConway : are we talking on the Annual Summary page, downloads tab? If not, whereabouts on the site do you mean?

Hi @Gary-van-Breda This would be on the Annual Summary page, downloads tab.

I guess it should only be an option when you have a single site loaded up, and it would be 'all years' versions of the Summary Level and Section Level downloads.
