Other dropdowns can interfere with taxon selector #19

Presumably it's the taxon selector interfering with other dropdowns rather than the other way round? When another dropdown in close proximity to the taxon selector is used, the dropdown menu should appear over the taxon selector, but it is appearing underneath, obscuring some of the selection options. Looking at the cause, think I introduced this bug when I fixed https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/bsbi-atlas-drupal8/issues/15.

Fixed on live.

Previous 'fix' caused issue #20, so a different solution is required.
