@RetoSchmucki @DavidRoy Would be great to allow the encoding of sightings from outside the detection box, and otside sections (e.g. on the way between car ans site).
In our former encoding system (lux), we encoded the presence of each detected species at 200m resolution (no each individual and only when it is not yet observed on a section within the grid cell).
We had a grid on the field map, and each grid cell has a number. On the field form, we simply list all species detected outside detection box for each grid cell number.
In association with this, it would be great to have an eBMS tool to generate field maps (e.g. pdf) were each grid cell is generated and displayed on the map (here attached an example).
Matthias told me they have in Germany the possibility to encode "outside box sightings", but I don't know how it looks. Are there other BMS allowing this?
