Separate, filterable record status values for 'Query' and 'Contact an Expert' Verification actions #1411

Both the 'Query' and 'Contact an Expert' Verification actions seem to put the record into the same 'Queried' status, or at least filtering by 'Queried' seems to bring up records where either of the actions has occurred? Having the ability to separately filter on these two quite different scenarios would be very valuable as their ownership, handling and management is quite different. Having to go in and view the Comments to see which action had been taken is quite cumbersome and decreases the Verifier's efficiency. With the Supporting Science move towards using Verifier Assistants then the 'Contact an Expert' action could also be very usefully employed. This would allow a scenario, for example, where assistants struggling with an identification can raise the need for an expert (even when the species would normally fall within their remit to verify). The 'main' Verifier may get lots of 'Contact an Export' emails, but email links aren't a very efficent way to manage these and so a filter specifically for 'Contact an expert' records would put these all in one list to process.

I also note that the emails sent to the Expert do not seem to have a link to the record itself which would be helpful. Also, one such email had the subject of 'CAExpert' rather than the rather more helpful: 'Record of Mesapamea secalis requires confirmation (ID:29150621)'. The former's recordid is 29150620. Both are in the Training database.
