Preventing misuse of iRecord for cyber-bullying #1508

I hope the issue hasn't and won't arise but this iNat discussion is clearly active across the pond. The relevant documents for iRecord are the Terms of use and the Privacy Notice. Could the former be extended specifically to ban recording of humans? This would make it easy to act if the need arises. The 'Contact an expert' pop-up could also be enhanced to allow reporting of abuse.
