Determiner field is shown twice in Details for many records #1606

All imported records where Determiner is defined seem to show this attribute twice in the Details pane to the right, once in the unnamed section at the top and again in the section below, headed Additional occurrence attributes. Although it makes the Details pane longer, this isn't a major problem as both the field label and the determiner name are consistent - at least, in those I've checked.

In a survey-specific download of records from the DRN dragonfly import survey, there are two columns headed "Determiner", with the same data in each column.

There are also two columns headed "Sc", but in all examples I can find the find of those columns is empty, and the count data is only in the second.

In the warehouse I can only see one of each of these attributes listed in the survey set-up.

In a survey-specific download of records from the iRecord Import survey, there are two columns headed "Determiner" as well as one headed "Identified by"; only one of the "Determiner" columns is populated. There are also two columns for "Sex".

This only happens with the survey-specific downloads, not the standard download. And it isn't causing any critical problems, but it would be good to avoid the duplication if we can.
