Update the documentation to reflect the new Linux VM system - current docs are in: W:\PYWELL_SHARED\Pywell Projects\BRC\_BRC_projects\iRecord\NBN Atlas data supply\03 Procedures

New system now documented in ppt file, needs to be combined with broader guidance in the older Word file.
