Notification tries to go to https://irecord.org.uk/moderation but gives "Page Not Found" #1670

I logged into iRecord and noticed I had a notification (probably generated as a result of some test data somewhere). Anyway, I clicked on the text of the notification and it tried to go to this URL, but it said Page Not Found
