BTO Odonata imports are again not following the rule #1679

Issue #1461 has reoccurred. Blocks of records with ID in source system BTO Observation Number value below the cut-in value BTOOBS290186151 are appearing. This is creating duplicates. Please delete the dupes, as the originals, which were manually imported earlier, have mostly already been verified.

Examples: iR id: 35774678 (recently imported) is a dupe of existing id: 8852658 The new record contain value of ID in source system BTOOBS203216157 For historical reasons the existing record contains value OBS203216157 but this should not affect the match for newly-received records, which should anyway work on the numerical part as an integer, neglecting the BTO or BTOOBS prefix, please. (I was not clear about this in #1461.)

Similarly, id: 35776051 is a new dupe of existing id: 12693692 The new record contains BTOOBS271728614

It is hard for me to characterise this error further. Please make attribute ID in source system available for selection as a grid column in Column configuration. Everything else is there!
