Vascular plant form not available to logged out users #1706

I don't know whether this was a conscious decision or an oversight, but it would be useful to add it (https://irecord.org.uk/enter-vascular-plants) to the logged out species group form menu:

I'm not sure what controls whether a form can be used by logged-out users. Two things that might be relevant:

View access control The BSBI form has "Permission name for view access control" set to "online recording" - does that interact with the login?

Survey attributes The survey underlying the BSBI form is survey ID 325. That survey does not contain the "Personal details" attributes (email, first name, last name), which I believe are needed for logged-out users. However, it is also the case that the BSBI survey has a more complex structure than many of our recording forms, including the option for multiple recorder names. So I don't know if the "Personal details" attributes can be added to the survey without causing other problems.
