I sent an email to myself using the 'Contact an export' button. The email arrived promptly. It includes a link: Click here to add a publicly visible comment to the record on iRecord
That link opens up a blank page with no error message and no indication of why it has failed.
If the link cannot be fixed, we should remove it from the email template. Not sure if this is an issue for Biren or John?
