I can't find anything about Sensitive records in the verifier help doc v5.1 and have a few comments on handling these:
There appears to be no field in the record Details that says that the record is marked Sensitive. The only indication is the presence of the Map Legend advisory:
When a Sensitive record is selected in the Grid the map is centred on the outer (blue) square but the zoom is not adjusted to show the full square. Unless the red square happens to be at the centre of the blue square, a blank piece of map is shown and the user has to zoom out manually.
Sensitive records show a red '!' in the icons column of the Grid.
I can't see a way in which Sensitive records can be filtered. This probably doesn't matter.
Sensitive records are only Exported with the blurred BNG value - see #1394
