Metadata import comment available in reports/downloads #1753

Similar to #1752 , can the metadata import comment also be made available as a download option please.

@johnvanbreda is it currently possible for a user to see this information anywhere post-import?

This would need to be added to the ElasticSearch index. Or, a separate download of imports which contains the description and some metadata, plus the import guid can be added to the download for each record so you can look it up?

Perfect, I would be very keen to see this happen, as when we import historic BBS data, we will have information to load to these fields that needs to be visible to VCRs
