Review and suggest solution for vernacular names appearing in the scientific name attribute on reports #782

Issue raised recently with "Orange Tip Butterfly" as a scientific name. NBN have also asked us to investigate English names of ladybirds in data uploads.

Scope scale of problem and suggest solution.

Also affecting moth data downloads, with vernacular names in taxon column, and butterflies being included in moth filters. These are are mostly if not entirely from the early days of iRecord, and some relate to National Moth Night. I don't think the problems are still occurring, but we need to scope how to repair the incorrect data.

Currently bogged down with the complexity of the problems. We have scientific names labelled as English, we have English names displayed as scientific, and we have butterflies categorised as moths. Needs more work.
