Standard Mode - Other people's plot groups showing in the plot group selector on the Edit Plot page #107

I have noticed in standard mode that other People's Plot Groups are showing in the plot group selector on the Edit Plot page.

This is because the controls are showing plot groups for the project, but the reports are missing the person attribute.

@sacrevert Note this is now fixed. I don't think anyone had created any plot groups from what I could tell, all the ones I was seeing were test ones anyway. However there was potential for serious confusion for users.
