Non-NPMS type to now be referred to as "Standard Mode" #13

Non-NPMS type projects are now to be referred to as Standard Mode, change references to this on the existing dev site

From Oli "Just in terms of anywhere this might be relevant on the website GUI, can we call non-NPMS "standard mode" instead of non-NPMS from now on? So we have NPMS mode and standard mode."

Don't think this needs to be open now as have changed most references to this, and anything else can be picked up in general testing.
