Oddities on Tracking The Impact Draw Plot page #24

  1. Pressing Return in spatial reference field should zoom to the plot point.
  2. Currently you have to click off the spatial reference field to get it to zoom to the plot. This doesn't work well if user clicks straight on the submit button after typing the spatial reference, it warns you the plot hasn't been selected, then after the warning it automatically zooms to the plot. Clicking submit a second time immediately after this submits the page, even though you actually haven't touched anything since the first click.

  1. Pressing return now sets spatial reference and zooms (like NPMS)
  2. Bit difficult to purely fix as some of this crosses over with NPMS So I changed it so submit is disabled until spatial reference is entered. This works around the oddities seen here.
