Can existing plots be visible on the map when creating a new plot? #53

This would be very useful in order to space out plots and understand where existing ones are

@andrewvanbreda @NPMSSupport I imagine this would be quite complicated, and is different from NPMS, so is unlikely in the short term. Something to consider and potentially cost in the future, but currently not a priority

@sacrevert @NPMSSupport Yes complex one, as page would have to draw them in such a way as the system doesn't include them as part of the plot you are actually trying to create. They also need to be ignored as user clicks around map.
