Enforce grid ref system within project #69

It is currently possible to used different grid systems to set up plots within a single project (e.g. TTI has a mix of OS grid and WGS84). I don't think it likely that any project would actually desire this, as it makes downstream processing considerably more time consuming. Can we make it so that a project has to choose a grid system when set up, and then users of the project are constrained to this system only.

Hi @sacrevert This would need extra budget, as the recent quote for standard mode completion came before this request. I can however restrict all Plant Portal standard mode plots to a grid reference of your choosing if you want to avoid multi-choice.

Thanks @andrewvanbreda I think in that case we can leave it as it is, and leave this open as wontfix to remind us if we get extra funds in the future
