Plot importer not linking to parent #81

Am sure this used to work, but if you now use the plot importer, the plot doesn't get linked to the parent, and also seems to be left without a location type. This seems to even ok on live NPMS Mode projects. This would of been tested, so am not sure what happened.

Problem fixed, code that was accidentally left out of Indicia's main repository had been overwritten by an iform update.
