@kitenetter to liaise with NBN to enquire about plans for the Record Cleaner software, and whether they have a view on the use of organism keys

NBN/NCEA meeting arranged on 20 Feb 2023.

@kitenetter and @robin-hutchinson met with the NCEA and NBN teams last week. There is lots of interest in the project, and ideas for how record cleaner might be used and extended in future. There is a preference for it to be hosted under a BRC or NBN domain but if that causes difficulties or delays then we can stay with UKCEH for now at least.

No immediate issues arising, so closing this for now.
