Example species in the tutorial #10

To enhance the interpretation of the results from the tutorial, for each technique we could highlight the trend estimates of a couple of unicorn species in the read me. For example, species 20 has a negative trend estimated across all techniques (plr = -1.578, Telfer = -1.547, prop.diff = -0.667, LL = -0.016, etc.) whereas species XX could be a species with positive estimates.

I'd also like to add examples of console output to the tutorial to make it a bit more attractive (rather than being mainly text)
