Suggested plan for the day:
9:30am - Meet to allocate issues on github, add any new issues we want to (or break down existing issues into more managable segments).
10am - Team breakfast over which we can discuss how Github works for those who have not got lots of experience
10:30-12:00 - Work on our issues, Tom to roam and help troubleshoot inevitable github issues.
12:00-12:30 - reconvene for progress updates and troubleshooting
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-3:30 - Continue with new issues or keep working to complete morning issues
3:30-4pm - Wrap up
