se in output #181

It would be useful to have se in the BUGSoutput since several functions in BRCindicators use se as opposed to sd. Perhaps its just me but these models' sample sizes confuse me slightly so finding se from sd isn't straightforward.

I think this is an issue for BRCindicators, not sparta. Would you mind re-issuing the issue there, then closing it here?

I see this as much easier to deal with in sparta than in BRCindicators
