Hi Tom, I couldn't find this - did it work? Thanks, Angus

AugustT commented 3 years ago

I'll have a look

Hi @AugustT ,

There is no spartaCitation.R file in the master or branches. Do you still have the file? Also I think it's best to generate citations by citation("sparta") using the package description. This gives the output:

> citation("sparta")
To cite package 'sparta' in publications use:

  Isaac N, August T, Carbone D, Harrower C, Hatfield J, Hill M, Mancini
  F, Outhwaite C, Powney G (2020). _sparta: Trend Analysis for
  Unstructured Data_. R package version 0.2.19,
  <https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/sparta>.

A BibTeX entry for LaTeX users is

  @Manual{,
    title = {sparta: Trend Analysis for Unstructured Data},
    author = {Nick Isaac and Tom August and Dylan Carbone and Colin Harrower and Jack Hatfield and Mark Hill and Francesca Mancini and Charlie Outhwaite and Gary Powney},
    year = {2020},
    note = {R package version 0.2.19},
    url = {https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/sparta},
  }

Does this look suitable?

Yes @DylanCarbone , that looks goo
