Different #199

@AugustT and I have noticed (#195 ) that we get different results for the detection phenology parameters on our test dataset. This leads to four failures in testdetection_phenology.r on my personal machine, but no fails on Tom's or on Travis. This is wierd. I've just updated all my packages, rebuilt and retested the package: still I get the same four fails. The only obvious difference is that I'm running a Mac. @AugustT please check out the screenshot from my most recent test:
