The scripts testoccDetFunc and testoccDetModel currently test only test whether the errors appear where they are expected. There is currently not an error that compares the estimates from the occupancy model itself. By contrast, plot_DetectionPhenology has some quite sophisticated tests that compare the parameter values with some expected ones.
