fix(occurrenceChange): correct the growth rate function #252

The growth rate function incorrectly used number of years rather than number of periods (in this case nyr-1).

Can this pull request be re-ran with the latest R-CMD checks? It's only a one-line change, but it would be useful to know when resolving other older pull-requests.

@DylanCarbone I closed it and opened it again, and seems to have started the new checks
