Frescalo improvements #4

Remove redundant 'Frescalo' folder in Frescalo output and create an option to reduce the amount of data being returned to console by the fortran .exe

Redundant 'Frescalo' folder has been removed. This will be in version 0.0.12. I still need to add an option to reduce output from Frescalo.
