Plot UK help file #6

This is a function that can be used independently of all to other stuff so we need to have a help file for this that allows people to integrate with it.

Is there a copyright issue using the UK shapefiles?

Yes there is, we are looking into open access alternatives to the shape file we use.

I have updated the plot.GIS function so that it is a bit more generic. I have included a high res lat/long shape file in the package from here: http://www.naturalearthdata.com/about/terms-of-use/ This is in the public domain and free of limitations (I use it in the examples). I have added a help file which Colin wrote for this function, including a number of examples. In the future perhaps we can drop the use of the UK map in favor of this world map? Any feedback on this would be great.
