Function occDetModel should have parameter "closure_period" mentioned in documentation. #82

The recently-added (I believe, based on comments from Nick Isaac in an e-mail message to me) parameter for function occDetModel is not explicitly described in the help file for this function. The presence of parameter "closure_period" is implied in the description of parameter "survey", but this is the only mention that I could find.

@drnickisaac Can you review all documentation relevant to your recent changes to closure period and ensure it is up to date?
