Fixed spelling mistake of 'interger' (now corrected to 'integer') in class check for the columns input data frames.

You are getting some errors on your pull request because there are also spelling mistakes in our testing code. https://github.com/BiologicalRecordsCentre/sparta/blob/71b89c3fa654ca74e43640c9aa9f9a01770b49f5/tests/testthat/testtelfer.r#L67 I think if you fix that it should then pass checks
