Can statgenGWAS be used to run GWAS for binary phenotype? #12

I want to run a GWAS for a disease status while I did not find a logistic model option in statgenGWAS? May I ask if statgenGWAS is suitable for running binary GWAS? Will there be a new function developed in the future for this purpose?
