We want our robot to rotate to point in the set direction and stay pointed in that direction. However, we don't want the robot to stop itself from gliding simply to adjust its heading a few degrees by rotating in place. If the POV is pressed, this is fine. However, if the driver is not giving the robot any input and the POV button was not pressed and unaccounted for, the robot should not stop itself and rotate in place.
