Nhentai favorites download #2255

So I have a profile on Nhentai and I'd like to download all the doujin I have favorited. Is that possible? If so, can someone please explain in detail? Actually, is that possible for any of the sites, or do I have to make my collection again before I download it? Also, which version should I use, the 64 or the 86? I'm not that good with stuff like this.

I'm also having the issue where gelbooru only gives you one page when you click get all. I've entered my credentials for the site and its logged in right. But when I download it says they are all "files already existing" and there is nothing but the first 50 images in the destination.

The issue is that there's no public API for favorites, so that would require implementing NHentai's login, which is a pain due to the CSRF protection and a hidden Captcha.

Also, which version should I use, the 64 or the 86? I'm not that good with stuff like this.

If your Windows is less than 10-15 years old, 64 should be fine.

I see. When you say implementing the login, you mean that it isn't possible to login in through the program at this time and some difficult coding would be needed to make it so? So I should give up on Nhentai, at least for favorites. So what am I doing wrong with Gelbooru? Did I not download everything for the source that the program needs to work or something? Because there are like eight links for download (including the 86 version) and I didn't know if some were necessary for updated features to work or something.

Exactly.

So I should give up on Nhentai, at least for favorites.

You could always try downloading them one by one, but if you have a lot, that would take a while.

So what am I doing wrong with Gelbooru?

Try using the Nightly version and see if it helps. Also make sure that the "Image limit" setting of your download is high enough.

SO when I hit download all, the image limit matches the number I'm trying to get, namely all of my favorites. It says page 1, images per page 50, image limit, then the default file name since I didnt want to mess with that, then the destination folder, nothing in post filtering, False to get blacklisted, and true to the galleries count as one. Also, when I'm looking at the search results and it says page 1 out of 80, but when I move to page 2 of 80, its the same pitures. Same for every other page. Does that mean something? Seems like it goes through all of them, with a bunch "progress 0" and only half-ish of them displaying a filesize, and an average speed of 0 b/s. but just says 0 downloaded and 4000 already existing. Already existing where? Not in the destination folder, for sure. Does it matter that the destination is on a seperate removable harddrive rather than the computer's own? This is on the nightly version by the way
