When using the mode batch something isn't working. It's hard to find the origin because the parameters are exactly the same but something is going wrong. Need to look into this to understand the bug and fix it as soon as possible.

Not an error in the end. Just a small mistake on my end by trying to fit the sequence without the same experimental settings.
