FE code restructuring and refactoring #55

Summary of changes:

moved the react directory's contents up a level and removed the old code that was at the top-level
added the redux-actions package to get rid of a lot of the boilerplate
moved the actions into reducers
restructured the code to be based on the pages instead of the type of the components (ie. actions, components, containers, reducers)
switched to calling everything just components, because the container/component distinction isn't that important IMO

Thanks @sztamas - must admit I wasn't really able to properly review this, will take your word for it. I'll have to take the time to get more across the react work you've done!
