Add better temporary "parking" IRIs for the ontology #7

The current dropbox IRIs are difficult to handle. A GitHub IRI might be better, but might cause malfunctions working on Git topic branches.

I think I have successfully worked around this using the catalog file, but I'm not confident -- the OWLAPI file loader used by Protege seems sketchy
