Add support for TLC .df files #300

I tried UniExtract2 to read a df file from the game "Reader Rabbit Personalized 1st Grade (2000)" by The Learning Company. It is not a Telltale Games assets file, although it was recognized as so by its file extension. Unfortunately, the program failed to recognize the data.

I have already sent feedback about this specific file via the program; however, I wanted to submit an issue here for others to suggest alternative extraction methods.

I cannot attach the file since it isn't supported by github.

Just put it in zip file like this i used 7zip installer to demonstrate 7z2100-x64.zip
