Custom bucket support is lacking #6

While custom buckets can be added and can be installed from. Some code paths expect the manifests in a bucket subdirectory.

This also happens to break autocompletion for available apps and maybe more.

TODO: Read scoop source and figure out the truth, as the docs don't really mention much.
