Changing index.html causes strange characters

1. Tried to change the index.html, only switching 
2. Upload to server
3. bevor the slideshow, I got strange charakters =>  

Any solution?

Same effect in ff 3.5.2 and ie 8.
using your latest download-version.

Whats 'bevor'?

If you do not change anything but upload the index.html exactly as it comes in 
the
download to the server does it still show strange characters?

you see an example on www.yougame.at 
if I take the original index.html and include it on the page, everything is ok, 
but
only the smallest change, like for example width the charakters are coming. 

now you don't see any pictures on the page, but the strange charakters, so don't
worry about the pictures.

ps: bevor = before

original index.html makes no faults, only the smallest change of 1 charakter 
makes
the three strange charakters

so got the solution....

it seem to be a problem with the utf8. If I open the file and save it as ansi 
the
error dissapears.
