First image flashes #149

The first image is flashing.
I got over this, by preloading the first image, so you can't see the flash, but 
it still shows twice.

I changed the transition from a "flow" to an "appear" and the issue stopped. It 
seams the "flow" has a bug, but it related to the transition. Play with the 
transitions and you should find a workaround.

I looked in both slideshow.js and mootools.js and couldn’t find either 
“flow” or “appear”

Could you help a non-programmer through this.
