make new oculus_settings.txt items settable in client index.html #31

specifically, these:
emailalerts true
email xxx@gmail.com
email_password xxx
developer false
reboot true
loginnotify true

put most of above settings under client developer menu, for now
fix for plain text email password????
(as of may 30 2011--items change periodically)

when in doubt, put settings in index.html so can be done remotely (without vnc 
etc)-- also minimizes annoying typing into bot with half screen blocked by 
mirror
